NEW YEAR MESSAGE (2025)

 

           THE ONLY HOPE OF MAN 
                      LIVING WORD

�I will bless the lord, who hath given me counsel. My reins also instruct me in the night seasons. I have set the Lord always before me; because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope�. Psalm 16:7-9

Praise be the Lord from whom all mercies flow, praise Him for ever more may His mighty name be magnify. (Amen).
Beloved with inexpressible flood of joy in my heart, I welcome you to this last month of the year; it is indeed glorious because what God has done for us we cannot tell it all. They are awesome, they are wonderful. I am particularly over whelmed. These are demonstration of His goodness and we have no word to express it. We all started the journey of this year from the month of January, and we are almost at the finishing line of the year in a couple of days. Often times, sickness knocks at our doors, infirmities of various degrees, death, calamities and tragedies knocks at our doors but the mercies of God answered and prevailed over them all. It shows that He that began a good work in our lives is faithful to bring it to the end. I decree to all the readers of this edition that you will surely end well and strong in Jesus name (Amen). �It is of the Lord�s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.  They are new every morning great is thy faithfulness�, Lametations 3:22-23.

Beloved, if we continue to emphasis on the negative sides of life within the year we may not be able to appreciate God for the positive benefits for the year. Friends, the gift of life and sound health is much more than any other gift we desire or imagine because he who has life and sound health has it all, may every blessing of God that is outstanding in your life for the year be totally release to you in Jesus name (amen). As a prophet of the moment, I prophesy that any of your God�s ordained blessings will not be carried over in Jesus name. The only thing you need to do is to be expectant like the man at the beautiful gate who looked up to Peter and John with positive expectation to receive, he was not disappointed because he got more than what he expected. Act 3:1-11.

I will like to plead with all the readers of this edition to be patient for the last minute miracles from God because it used to be the sweetest of all kinds. This made me to remember the event with my grandmother in our village in those days, any time the old woman is dishing out food from the pot, I always patiently wait for the bottom pot knowing fully well it is the sweetest and the best. I pray for the reader of this edition that you will not miss your sweetest blessing for the year in Jesus name (Amen) Often times God do reserve the best for the last.

Beloved, we thank God for the last month�s edition that unravels the winning strategy of experiencing wonders over the mysterious circumstances in life through praise, worship and thanksgiving. It was a unique revelation for any one that wants to achieve meaningful and profitable life in this world of mystery without losing anything. No cost, no stress attached. In the last month�s edition, we discovered that praise and thanksgiving have too many benefits, the spiritual, the physical and the mental aspect of life. Anytime we engage in praise and thanksgiving to God, the research shows that our body system, the vein, the nerves and the tissue, all do responded positively. Praise, worship and thanksgiving give us victory over fear, anxiety and worry. Praise and thanksgiving is an antidote of bitterness and hatred. A life style of praise and thanksgiving prevent a moment of shame, Resentment, withdrawal, guilt, hopelessness and self destruction (depression) as you continue to live a lifestyle of praise and thanksgiving you will continue to see the better side of life all the days of your life in Jesus name (Amen).

I will recommend that we should all revisit that unique edition of praise and thanksgiving. This edition revealed the undisputable weapon of victorious end time Christian against all manner of challenges of life.               

Beloved, Reference to the events of the moment, when things are not working according to our desire, the actual things are not coming the way they are being projected. Many of our daily experiences are unpleasant to us. Many of us are passing through horrible experience in life like King David who was helped by God �He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.� (Psalm 40:2)

I want you to agree with me that we are living in a dynamic world where changes are taking place daily, season, weather, climate or atmosphere are changing also, characters of men are not too favourable to our life styles (Husbands, Wives, Brothers, Sisters, In-laws, sometimes our parents, even our neigbours are betraying our trust daily).Often times we make frantic effort in solving problems of life but all these efforts proved abortive, from one problem to  the another like the old widow in the city of Nain. (Luke 7:11-16). �Now when he came nigh to the gate of the city, behold, there was a dead man carried out, the only son of his mother, and she was a widow: and much people of the city was with her.�Luke 7:12 this is a hopeless situation, no helper, no one can solve the problem and no one understands the extent of the pain you are passing through. This picture was shown to John the beloved in (Revelation 5:1-4) �And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals. And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof? And no man in heaven, nor on earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon. And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon� it was a complete hopeless situation in which no one could help both in heaven, earth and the earth beneath.

You will agree with me that it is a very frightening thing to be defenseless in a hostile world. It is indeed a horrible feeling to be completely helpless. When a man is sick, he runs to the doctor hoping to be cured, but when the doctor tries his best and says there is nothing else he can do, the sick becomes hopeless. When a man has serious financial problems, he runs to his bank expecting a bail-out, but what will he do when the bank insists on using assets he doesn�t have as collateral? In the same way, when a child is sick, he looks up to his parents for help and care, but how would the child feel if his parents told him that the forces battling against him are beyond their capability? Worst still, imagine how you will feel if your pastor tells you that after praying all manner of prayers, there is nothing more he can do to help you! It is a terrible thing to feel lonely or forsaken by relatives and loved ones. A man who once experience such a situation used these words to express his feelings in Psalm 102:6-7: �I am like a pelican of the wilderness: I am like an owl of the desert. I watch, and am as a sparrow alone upon the house top.�

Friends, if your life is not colourful. (No positive attraction in your life) or you are feeling depressed because of situation of things around i.e. disappointed or betrayed on a different level of degree by someone you trust so much?

Are you down-trodden because you have been treated so badly by the people you look up to (people in power and Authority)?
Is your business activities experiencing down-trend due to economic recession in the business environment and is making your business to have poor income?
Is your career facing down-swing due to unfavourable inflation in your industry?
Are you a victim of down-sizing in your place of work through retrenchment or lay off and there is no any other source of income to sustain your livelihood for now?

Are you an industrialist whose all or some of your machines or equipments are passing through a period of down-time against your wish due to lack of funds for proper maintenance?

I am here to tell you that there is someone who has the power to change every bitter experience to sweet moment. �Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the commandment of God our savior, and Lord Jesus Christ, which is our hope� (1 Timothy 1:1) He is the Hope of the hopeless, He is the prince of peace �For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, the mighty God, the everlasting father, the prince of Peace� (Isaiah 9:6).

He is the long awaited Deliverer, Psalm 68:5-6 says, �A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation. God setteth the solitary in families: he bringeth out those which are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry land� Jesus is the only one that can help you out from the horrible pit experience; He is the only one that can roll away the reproach of life. He is the mystery which hath been and from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to His saints �Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints. To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory� (Colossians 1:26-27).

The reason why you have been passing through all these challenges over the years is because you have not accepted the totality of His personality or may be due to your shallow understanding about His passionate mind, His power and His mission for your life.

He is the only one that has been empowered by God to help mankind �And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying all power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.� (Matthew 28:18-20).

He has the power to:

- Forgive and pardon sins (Math 9:6a) His power to forgive sins is derived from the fact that He was sinless and blameless. He knew no sin (Heb. 4:15)

- Heal sicknesses, diseases and infirmities Luke 5:12-13

- Raise the dead to life (John 11:40-45) Lazarus was dead for four days and he brought him back to life.

- He gives life and sustains life (John 17:2)

- Rules over nature, walked on the sea. (Matthew 14:25)

- He commanded peace to a stormy sea (Luke 8:22-25)

From these experiences of miracles from the man Jesus; we can now agree in totality that He has power to do all things in His righteousness.

Have you committed many abominations, sins and you are thinking that no one can forgive you? Are you suffering from terminal sickness that has no hope of healing? Are you passing through a moment of loss, lack or limitation in life? is everything around you seem to be lifeless? Is your business dying because of no patronage from customers/clients? Is there any part of your body that has been confirmed dead due to paralysis? Are you naturally faced with challenges due to your age as a woman that has reached the age of menopause and you are no longer observing yourself (seeing your monthly period) as a woman that wants to conceive or you lack womb to conceive? Are you under torment of fear because of insecurity in the nation?

Are you experiencing turbulent moment or stormy season in your marriage, and you have tried everything you could but there is no peace? Just receive Him today and speak to Him and you will experience a massive positive turnaround blessings in your life.

Have you been in such a situation where no one seems to even understand your problems talk more of giving solution? Do you feel exposed, naked and prone to shame? Are you facing the worst of times with no one to defend you? Has everyone you thought could help deserted you and now you think life is worthless? I bring you good news today! There is hope for the hopeless and cover for the naked. God can still do something about that hopeless situation you are going through. God is so very close to you, and He will reach out and touch you today. The Lord will make a way for you! Call on Him and tell Him you have no one to help you but Him. Ask Him to help you now. He will answer and turn your situation around for good.
Jesus who is the only one that can heal your broken hearted. Luke 4:18-19. He is the best companion you need. He can help you to make up your wasted years and make it good again. He is able to bring you from the moment of bankrupt to experience total breakthrough in life. He has the power to deliver the oppressed.

How can you access these benefits? The simple way to access these above highlighted benefits is to allow Jesus Christ be in you because He is the creator and superior to all. A life without Jesus Christ is a hopeless life. If Christ is not in you, it means you don�t have life. �He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life� (1 John 5:12). Christ in you, the hope of glory. (Colossians 1:27c)

I do not know how deep you may have fallen into the terrible pit of life in one area or the other. If you will yield to the loving call of Him who stands at the door of your heart today, you will definitely find your place among the redeemed and those favoured to be part of His glorious story (Amen).

Jesus is able and ready to turn your worst situation to the best moment of your life. He wants to turn your wretchedness to riches of His kingdom blessing. He is willing to turn your shame to fame

When everything else has failed, never give up your hope for a better life; although it may take time, help will surely come.

Beloved, don�t give up! God is about to show up. Don�t go for anything less, when you can have the best. Every time God seems to answer you late, it is because He wants to give you the latest. He wants to turn your weeping to leaping, if you allow Him. The Bible says,

� For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease. Though the roots thereof wax old in the earth, and the stocks thereof die in the ground; yet through the scent of water it will bud, and bring forth boughs like a plant.� (Job 14:7-9)

Your only hope out of frustration, stagnation and retrogression is Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is your hope of glory (Col 1:27). So you must accept Him today as your Lord and personal Saviour
WHAT DO I DO TO EXPERIENCE THIS TRANSFORMING POWER?

A) BE ROOTED AND BUILT UP IN CHRIST  by living Word of mercy.

�As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.� Colossians 2:6-7 (KJV)
Beloved, the days are gone when, as a believer, you still play church. Today, the devil is out of his closet and is roaming the streets in full view.  He is no longer secretive about his person or assignment. The incidences of evil manifestations around the world are alarming. And just as the Bible said, the church is not left out.
The prevalence of many wolves dressed as sheep, false prophets, and teachers standing behind the sacred desk, desecrating God�s altars, are alarming. It is painful! The rather unfortunate thing is that many will be deceived by these false prophets and magicians that we see all over the place and fall prey to the enemy. That is what the Bible says. So, the question is, �How can you escape this corruption in the world today?� The answer is in the scripture: Be rooted and established in Him! That�s the only way.
Having received Christ, Apostle Paul admonished the Colossian church to tow the path that He has laid down, in general life conduct and behaviour. Here, the believer is likened to a tree. As a tree of righteousness, they must be rooted. To be rooted in this context is to become stable. As a believer, you must recognize that Christ is your root, and you derive all your life nourishment and fruitfulness from Him if you remain in Him.
Therefore, if you are going to be deeply rooted, continually built up, and established in the faith, then you must be taught. God, in His wisdom, has raised Bible-believing churches as a platform for equipping His people such that you are continually built, deeply rooted, and established in the knowledge of Him. These things will ensure that you are not prey in these last days.
B) HOLD ON TO JESUS
Bible passages: Psalm 63:8; Matthew 28:20; John 14:27; 1 Corinthians 15:57; Hebrews 3:6; Hebrews 4:14; Hebrews 13:21
Life  experience is  varies by individual and so also is the outcome. Records of life shows that some through the storms of life embarks on various escape routes in a bid to avoid disastrous ends, there are those who started with Christ but are no more due to loss of focus and knowledge. There is no alternative in securing our life than cliffing on to the anchor of our life, the Creator. Jesus Christ offers us a place of refuge, a place of safety, a place of comfort where the provision never dry nor fail,
The available anchor if not found in time of crisis shows a decline or dwindling relationship which must be amended to avoid sinking in the mire of life. King Saul experience of consultation with the witch of Endor tends to be  a prevailing practices today based on the news where men and women have chosen various alternatives in opposition to the laid down principles of relating with;
1) The anchor that cannot fail, the rock that cannot be moved,
2) the mountain of victory,
3) The Pillar that holds and stable.
Saul failed and many may fall if the necessary strategy is not adopted. The world of Satan is full of distraction, frustration, anxiety, fears, doubts, unbelief and other elemental practices that bring no glory to God.
In the midst of uncertainties and confuson is the Lord of the world of Jesus Christ distinct from the world of demonism. The unfortunate thing is the blindness of human eyes imposed by the gods of this world.
Today as you understand and reposition yourself by clinging , holding and abiding in Christ, you will begin to experience divine presence of the Holy Spirit. The reality of the presence of Christ with you becomes certain and you will begin to experience peace from the prince of peace. Every believer who has separated self from the worldly practices and  love of the world that makes one an enemy of God will have the eyes of understanding open unto the knowledge of divine facts:
1. Jesus who saved us promised not to live us nor forsake us.
2. Jesus is an available anchor in time of storms and that there is no alternative in any medium being sort by human being from the kingdom of darkness.
3. Jesus promised his presence all through our lives.
4. Jesus Christ is stable and a present help in times of need. 
5. Jesus Christ is the burden bearer and the lifter up of our soul.
6. Jesus Christ is saying to you not to look at the storms threatening your life rather cast your  eyes upon him who has the power to safe as he rescued Apostle Peter in the threatening storms that Satan designed to swallow him. Make your declaration today that you will not be swallowed by the storm of life. I shall hold on to Jesus . I will hold on to the Lamb of Calvary. No matter the degrees of pressure, lack, threat of all kinds, unpleasant experience, I know that my God cannot be moved and I will hold on to Him.
As you have made your emancipation proclamation, be rest assured that the Lord God by the Holy Spirit and in the name of Jesus Christ will accomplish all your heart desires

C) COMMITTING GOD by Living Word of Mercy
�I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy loving-kindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name, �Psalm 138:2
Reference to Isaiah 40:4-8 says
4. Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight and the rough places plain:
5. And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
6. The voice said, Cry. And he said, what shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field:
7. The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the Spirit of the LORD bloweth upon it: surely the people are grass.
8. The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.
Beloved, do you know that it is possible to commit God to do some things for you and leave Him with no choice but to do them? Psalm 115:3 says that God is sovereign; He does as He pleases, but if you know Him well, you can position yourself such that the Almighty will do what you want.
Going by above scripture, if you can find what God�s word says about what you want and align yourself with it, He will be committed to doing His part. For example, Psalm 75:6-7 says that promotion comes from God. 1Samuel 2:7-8 also says that God decides whom to raise and whom to bring down. Since you know this, the question now becomes, �How do I get God to promote me?� The answer is in 1Peter 5:6:
Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:
Therefore, if you notice that it seems like it is taking a long time for God to promote you, then you can make up your mind to be humble. Once you are humble, He will be committed to exalting you in order to fulfil His word. Proverbs 22:29 says that if you are diligent in your business, you will stand before kings. Proverbs 12:24 also says that the hand of the diligent shall bear rule. Therefore, if you want to get to the very top, you must add diligence to your humility, and in line with God�s word, He will raise you so high that you will be in the category of kings. You can get God to do what you want if you do what He wants.
The devil, however, also knows this principle. When he doesn�t want God to do something for you, he tempts you to do something wrong so that he can accuse you before God and commit God not to bless you. This is why Revelation 12:10 calls him the accuser of the brethren. He knows that God will not go against His word, so he tempts you into committing sin and accuses you before God. This is why it is foolish to obey the one who has decided to destroy you by committing sin. When next the devil tempts you, tell him, �I refuse to be a fool.�
Beloved, never give the devil the opportunity to use God�s word against you, rather, use God�s word to your favour by always praying according to His will.Are you doing the things that will commit God to bless you and answer your prayers?
IS IT GOOD TO PAY TITHE? OR IS TITHING BIBLICAL?
One day, a very wealthy man was walking on the road. Along the way, he saw a beggar on the sidewalk. The rich man looks kindly on the beggar and asked, �How did you become a beggar?�
The beggar said, �Sir, I have been applying for a job for a year now but have not found any. You look like a rich man. Sir, if you will give me a job, I will stop begging.�
The rich man smiled and said, �I want to help you. But I won�t give you a job. I will do something better. I want you to be my business partner. Let�s start a business together.�
The beggar blinked hard. He didn�t understand what the older man was saying. �What do you mean, Sir?� �I own a rice plantation. You could sell my rice in the market. I will provide you the sacks of rice. I will pay the rent for the market stall. I will even give you food allowance everyday for the next 30 days. All you have to do is sell my rice. And at the end of the month, as Business Partners, we will share in the profits.�
Tears of joy rolled down his cheeks. �Oh Sir,� he said, �You are a gift from Heaven. You are the answer to my prayers. Thank you, thank you, and thank you!� He then paused and said, �Sir, how could we divide the profits? Do I keep 10% and you get the 90%? Do I keep 5% and you get the 95%? I will be happy with any arrangement.�
The rich man shook his head and chuckled. �No, I want you to give me the 10% and you keep the 90%.� For a moment, the beggar couldn�t speak. When he tried to speak, it was gibberish. �Uh, gee, uh, wow, I mean, huh?� He couldn�t believe his ears. The deal was too preposterous.
The rich man laughed more loudly. He explained, �I don�t need the money, my friend. I�m already wealthy beyond what you can ever imagine. I want you to give me 10% of your profits so you grow in faithfulness and gratitude.� The beggar knelt down before his benefactor and said, �Yes Sir, I will do as you say. Even now, I am so grateful for what you�ve done for me!�
Each day, the beggar, now dressed a little bit better, operating a store selling rice in the market. He worked very hard. He woke up early in the morning and slept late at night. And sales were brisk, also because the rice was of good quality and after 30 days, the profits were astounding.
At the end of the month, as the ex-beggar was counting the money, and liking very much the feeling of money in his hands, an idea grew in his mind. He told himself, �Gee, why should I give 10% to my Business Partner? I didn't see him the whole month! I was the one who was working day and night for this business. I did all this work! I deserve the 100% profits!�
A few minutes later, the rich man was knocking on the door to collect his 10% of the profits. The ex-beggar opened the door and said, �You don�t deserve the 10%. I worked hard for this. I deserve all of it!� And he slammed the door.
If you were this Business Partner, how would u feel???
But this is exactly what happens to us. God gave us everything. He gave us life, every single moment, every single breath, every single second. God gave us talents, our ability to talk, to create, to earn money. God gave us our body, our eyes, our ears, our mouth, our hands, our feet, our heart, He gave us our mind, our imagination, our emotions, our reasoning, our language. God gave us opportunities, some taken some lost. God put us in positions; he gave us all we have to make the wealth. Yet we take all of it for granted walking on the earth with pride as if we are self made? We forget His immeasurable bounties and become ungrateful using the very same blessings He gave us to sin and throw back at Him.
The big question is, which of the favours of our Lord would we deny? When will we turn back to Him with gratitude and obedience? God has granted us all the opportunities to always remember Him and pay our tithes, offering, alms and first fruit. Sow a little kindness today. Do not look at the extravagant lifestyles of some ministers of the gospel because two wrong cannot make a right, also you are obeying the word of God in Malachi 3:10 and there are blessings attach�d.

Although there are a lot of controversies about tithing which are orchestrated from a pit of hell to deprived many people of benefiting from God�s kingdom blessing here on earth.
�Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cumin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done and not to leave the other undone.�Mathew 23:23
From this above scripture we can all see that Jesus consent to the issue of tithing (Ought means to say what is the right thing to do) but must be obeyed in fairness (judgment) mercy and faith in God alone.
Moreover, Giving is a common and crucial activity that every serious minded believer in Christ should regularly engage in. The wise believer would hear this and flow with it, but those who think they are smart will hear and ignore it to their own undoing. Luke 6:38 says that you should give and it shall be given to you. Have you ever asked yourself who benefit when you give to God? Can you make God richer by giving to the owner of the universe? Can you add to the owner of silver and gold by giving to Him? Everything you have, you received from Him (1 Corinthians 4:7) you are the one who gain from giving to God. When you refuse to give, who loses? The Holy Spirit answered that question in Proverbs 11:24:

�There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth; and there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth to poverty�.
If you fail to give, you are the one who loses. Why? Your giving determines how far you go in life. Overflowing abundance is a product of sacrificial giving. If you have been sowing sacrificially to God and His Kingdom but you have not yet reach the level of swimming in abundance, you should be celebrated. Why? It is because you are not likely to die until God pays you back in full. The one who said we should owe no man cannot afford to owe you.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

1. Yesterday�s error is today�s seeds that must be planted to harvest tomorrow�s success. This is not the time to quit because reference is an opportunity to do it better just put your best and this could be the last, pursue your goal ceaselessly and it will soon be realized.

"Mom, I can't seem to find my answer, perhaps you can help me." John said.
"Okay but eat first and we can talk in the car." she replied.
On the way to school he asked "Mum, may I ask my question now? "
"Of course ", Janet replied.
"Mum, are there two Jesuses?"
"What did you say?"
"Are there two Jesuses?", he repeated.
"Who taught you this heresy?", Janet asked angrily. John knew his mum's temper and started shaking.
"Our new teacher taught us that... �Janet interrupted
"So, your new teacher has been feeding you this nonsense!, John said, "No he said....." "Shut up!!" Janet interjected"
"I will go and see him myself! I'had rather go to work late than allow this heresy to continue."
When they got to the school, Janet walked straight to the head teacher�s office and demanded that the teacher be sacked because the teacher was leading the children astray with heresies so the teacher was summoned to the office but he denied ever telling the children that there were two Jesuses.
So John, now in tears, was summoned and asked:"Why do you think there are two Jesuses? "Still crying he said:
"Our teacher told us that Jesus is our father and his children behave exactly like him. He said Jesus does not steal, lie, fight or stay away from church and his children are the same."
"Okay, that's true but that is not enough reason for you to believe that there are two Jesuses ", the headmistress said, wiping John's face. John continued:
"My mum says she is Jesus' daughter, she keeps singing: "I am a child of God", but mum still fights. I saw her take daddy's money last month and when daddy asked her, she lied about it. Also we have not been to church for about five months. Just this morning, she fought with daddy and was very rude to him so I have been thinking that Mummy's Jesus is a different Jesus from my teacher's Jesus; that's why I kept searching my Bible to see if I would find my mummy's Jesus in there.
By this time, Janet was in tears and both the headmistress and John's teacher were looking down in embarrassment! Janet was so ashamed that she could not look into her son's eyes Does your character and behaviour make people question whether you serve a different Jesus?

Oluwadarasimi was all smiles as the Press interviewed her on her Convocation Day. As she was being interviewed, she was responding intelligently to the questions asked. It was a thing of joy that her dreams and that of her late father were fulfilled.
Oluwadarasimi translated as �God is good to me� is a 21 year old young lady and she graduated as a medical doctor. She is a first class graduate, she is the best graduating student in her faculty and the whole university with a first class honours degree in Medicine this year. She nursed the ambition of becoming a medical doctor right from her Primary School days, at first, her parents thought her choice of career was a mere fantasy because almost every child wants to become a medical doctor and you see them later in life veering into other professions. As time went on Oluwadarasimi parents discovered some qualities in her and her growing interest in the medical profession. Her father encouraged her, he said it is also his desire that she becomes a medical doctor. Materials were sourced for her to know the nitty gritty of the medical profession. At an early age Oluwadarasimi gave her life to Christ. She became connected to God, she never ceased praying, she was so focus and studious. Finally, admission list was out and she was admitted into the university to study medicine. It was in her fourth year in the university she lost her dear father. That did not deter her from continuing, to her, her dreams must be fulfilled and her destiny must not be truncated regardless of her loss. She remained focus and connected to God through prayers, the study of God�s Word, righteous living, faith and hardwork. She believes with God, objectives will be reached and goals must be achieved. Here she is today, she bags a first class honours in medicine. �I return all glory to God, He has been there all this while for me�, she concluded.
A songwriter sang �I can make it, Jesus made it, I can make it, Jesus made it, I can make it, I put my trust in the Lord, I can make it, Jesus made it all.� You a student, your children, wards or siblings can also make it, you can achieve your goals no matter how difficult it may seem, so long as you remain connected to the Vine Jesus Christ who never fails  and you determined to be focus. �I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me�(Philippians 1:13) should be a favourite Bible verse. In the book of Daniel 1:8-20 Daniel resolved not defile himself with the royal food and wine, he chose to eat right with his friends, they were given to study; they demonstrated aptitude, discipline and integrity which served them well in their new culture. They maintained allegiance to God and He gave them skill and wisdom. Every child should know he has a destiny to fulfill, with God, parents, guardian and teachers he should work towards the fulfillment of the destiny. Choose the right company that will also help to make you and not to mar you.
In order to be successful like the character in the introductory anecdote, you need to do the following.
Be born again and remain connected to Christ.
Be prayerful and study the Word of God daily and claim the promises in it.
Do not be given to too much food. Learn to wait on the Lord at times.
Avoid bad company, evil communication corrupts good manner, stay away from partying and frivolities of life.
Develop self-confidence and see the possibility of passing exams.
Attend all classes/lessons.
Plan your personal study timetable and ensure you follow it.
Begin every reading with prayer.
Make your own notes as you read.
Ensure you seek clarifications from your teachers and do not be too proud to ask other students for clarifications if you are not clear in any topic, subject or course.
Always attempt questions from the known to the unknown.
Do not involve yourself in any examination malpractice.
Always cross-check your answers, name and other information before submitting your script.
The Bible teaches that �whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is not work, nor wisdom in the grave, whither thou goest�(Ecclesiastes 9:10). So study to show yourself approved and as you apply the above in your study, chosen field and that which God designed for you, He will perfect everything concerning you and grant you success in Jesus name.

In the name of Jesus Christ, I separate myself from failure, ridicule, shame, lack and reproach of the past and l cross over to the year of greatness and comfort, Joy and happiness, Success and peace, jubilation and victory, fruitfulness and testimonies, blessing and divine light, favour and new song, divine increase and divine announcement, multiplication and abundance, restoration and double honour  .
6. I decree and declare that I will not cry for my enemies to laugh.
7. Every works of darkness over my life and loved ones is destroyed by the BLOOD OF JESUS in Jesus Name.
8. Every evil device of the enemies of my life, my profession or business, my marriage, my celebration and promotion is frustrated in Jesus Name. Job 5:12
9. In the name of Jesus, I subdue all the enemies of my destiny and I shall walk in dominion this end of the year. I break every yoke of stagnation and limitation over my life and loved ones in Jesus Name (AMEN)
