THE REALITY OF ETERNITY

"Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it" (Isaiah 13:9).

Beloved, as you step into this new month, you will be greatly blessed and your eyes shall be opened to great opportunities. Your daily efforts shall be rewarded with great success and undeniable breakthroughs and you shall be free from unnecessary stress. The Lord God will mercifully meet you at the point of your needs and you shall not experience any difficulty in getting the desires of your heart. God Almighty will surround you with His goodness and He will make every good thing available for you and your family. Instead of falling, the Lord God will raise you up and instead of weeping; the Gracious God will fill your heart with unlimited joy. God's mercy and His grace will help you to succeed in life and you shall be highly honoured. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ., have a great day as you journey to the top.

Friends, we give God all the glory for His love and mercy towards every one of us, may His name be exalted forever and ever Amen. This month is the last month of the first half of the year. It shows that the first two quarters of the year are going already, never to come back again. Gazing our eyes on the calendar of the year, we all agree with me that the year 2025 is no longer a story, is now a reality. 

In view of this, we need to make a positive appraisal before it is too late. Psalm 90: 12 encourages us to live with a sense of urgency and purpose, recognizing the brevity and preciousness of life.

Friends, in this month, we shall be dealing on a sensitive matter about the programme of heaven. The topic for this month is THE REALITY OF ETERNITY. For the sake of clarity, we shall discuss the topic extensively as follows;

A) WE ARE ALL ON A JOURNEY OF LIFE

Beloved, we are all on a journey of life; this journey has the beginning and the ends. That is why I do tell people listening to me often time that death is not the final ends to man. It is the beginning of an unending journey (Eternity)

In Genesis 47:7-9, Pharaoh asked Jacob, "How old are you?" Jacob responded, "I have travelled 130 years; my forefathers travelled longer." The question, 'How old are you?' simply means, how far have you gone in the journey of life? The moment you are born, you begin a journey on earth. However, when you die, that journey ends; then, you face eternity either in heaven or hell, depending on whether you gave your life to Jesus Christ or not. Let me ask you a question: since you are on a journey on the earth, are you travelling in the right direction? Do you know God's ordained destination for you?

Today, many people travel through life without seeking to know God's will concerning their destination - you cannot afford to do that. You were born for a purpose, and if that purpose is not fulfilled, you will answer to the Giver of the life you are living now. Your decisions, whether small or big, will determine your destination in life. In Genesis 13:10-11, Lot decided on where to settle based on how pleasant the place looked without finding out God's will. That single decision changed the course of his life and those of his descendants forever.

Beloved, the One who set you on this journey has a pre-determined destination for you and a map for you to get there. He said in Jeremiah 29:11 that He will bring you to an expected end. While God reveals destinations, He does not provide the full details about the journey all at once. He told Abraham, "Leave your father's house and I will take you to a land that I will show you." He also told the Israelites, "I will take you to a Promised Land." He showed Joseph that he would become a great ruler, and He also told Peter that He would make him a fisher of men. All these people had an idea of the destination, but the map to get there remained with God. The map that shows how you will fulfill destiny is with God; if you stay close to Him, He will guide you. David said in Psalm 119:105: Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

Beloved, if you lose your relationship with God, you will lose your map, and you will likely arrive at the wrong destination. Stay close to God, and let Him guide all your steps in this journey of life.  Every minute, someone leaves this world. Age has nothing to do with it. We’re all in this queue without realizing it. We never know how many people are in front of us. We can't go to the back of the line. We can't get out of the line. We can't stop moving forward. So, while we wait in the line...Lets make peace! Let’s do well! Let’s tell the truth! Let’s be honest! We will leave this world one day, that's for sure. There’s no point holding a grudge against someone who could leave at any moment. There’s no point sending a brother to prison when you yourself could leave first. What’s the point of boasting about putting others down when you could be gone in the next few minutes? Why do you let yourself to be deceived by your money, your social position, and your connections, when you're not the first to have them? And you will not be the last to acquire those material things .While you seek your brother's death for a piece of land in the village, others exploit your continent and even invade planets.

I discovered that in life, ignorance is one of the evil of the days, Pride is for the foolish. Selfishness is for the poor mindset .Betrayal is for the weak mindset .So let's do well while we're still alive! Let's use the little time we have left for the course of humanity. “Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord" (1 Thessalonians 4:17).

Friends, in this life, we are all in the airport already boarding and any moment from now, our flight will take off. Let me tell you a story by one senior minister of God.  And I quote,,

Hilary was travelling with his dad on vacation. However, they got to the airport late. On arrival, they heard the air hostess through the microphone saying, "This is Flight 005 from Dutse to Durbar, and boarding is at gate 5 and about to close. Please, note that this is the last flight for the day." Hilary and his dad quickly hurried to gate 5, so as not to miss their flight.  Paul the apostle, by the inspiration of the Spirit of God, gave an account to the Thessalonians believers of what will happen in the last days. He spoke about the rapture, and how it will be sudden. Just like the flight in our story that was about to take off as the last flight, so also a day is coming that the rapture will occur. It is the last flight that will take all the saints to heaven whether dead or alive. The rapture will include the dead saints as they will all rise first from their graves to be caught up with the rest of the saints that are alive at that time. The rapture is a beautiful experience that no child should miss. Repent today, so that you will not miss the rapture, which is the last flight. 

The Last Wishes of Alexander the Great was a message from a ruler at the peak of power facing the only thing no one escapes — death. Before his passing, Alexander the Great, the greatest ruler, called upon his army's commander and shared three unusual final requests:

1“Let the best doctors of the empire carry my coffin.”So that all may see — even the finest physicians are powerless in the face of death.

2. “Scatter gold coins and precious gems along the road to my grave.”

So that the world understands — the wealth we accumulate in life stays behind when we leave.

 3. “Let my hands dangle outside my coffin, visible to all.”

So that everyone knows  even the Emperor of the world leaves this life with empty hands.When his commander, shocked and confused, asked why such unusual wishes, Alexander the Great explained with quiet clarity:“Let the people see the truth.

Let them understand the limits of power, the illusion of wealth, and the inevitability of death.I conquered half the world…But in the end, I take nothing with me.”

A man who ruled empires, commanded vast armies, and controlled unimaginable riches

Yet he left behind a lesson that is more valuable than any treasure: Life is not about what you accumulate. It is about what you leave behind in hearts, in deeds, in wisdom, No title, no possession, no wealth will accompany us in the end. Only our legacy,  only our truthful living.

So live with intention. Give generously. Speak kindly. Forgive freely. And walk humbly. Because when the final moment comes We all leave the same way with nothing but our name, and the love we gave.

B) THERE IS A ENOUGH WARNING

Beloved, Reference to divine warning in Isaiah 13:1-12. Warnings are given so that people can escape impending danger. With the help of technology, nations have developed systems that can predict and give warnings about natural disasters such as hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis, bushfires, and so on. Most warnings are given well before time to allow people to evacuate the area and escape looming disaster. However, while some people take steps to protect themselves from the coming danger, others ignore it and take chances. In the end, disaster hits, and many people are harmed.

Above passage gives a warning about the coming of the Day of the Lord. This prophetic warning of Isaiah was particularly given as he predicted the eventual fall of Babylon. Interestingly, this prophecy was given when the Babylonian Empire had not yet become recognized as a major world power. It was not fulfilled until after about 200 years. The prophecy speaks about the coming day of the Lord, which will bring about God's judgment upon the nations of the world.

Like many other prophecies of the Bible, this prophecy has double applications: the immediate application and the future, universal reference. While this prophecy concerning the day of the Lord on Babylon became fulfilled around 539 BC when the Babylonian Empire was destroyed, the future fulfillment, which speaks of the final day of judgment upon the whole world, is still being awaited. Though it may seem long in coming, there is no doubt it will happen.

The present time can be seen as "the day of man" - the day of the reign of sin, abominations, wickedness, and all forms of impunity. The day of the Lord is coming which will end the sinful days of man. It is the day that the Lord will judge and punish all sins. Undoubtedly, this day is fast approaching as we see the signs everywhere. Therefore, as Christians, the challenge for us is preparing ourselves for this coming day by living consistently in righteousness and holiness. We also need to continue to sound the alarm as loud as possible so that our sinful neighbours can be awakened from their stupor and prepare to escape the wrath of that day. God's longsuffering towards sinners will determines how long they will suffer if they persist in rebellion!

C) HOLINESS IS THE REAL DEAL! A VISA TO HEAVEN

Friends, Rapture can happen anytime, anywhere, Jesus is coming soon. Tell the whole world so. Remember these and never forget that, we can speak in tongues and miss heaven. We can win souls and miss heaven. We can see vision and miss heaven. We can prophesy and still miss heaven. We can cast out devil and miss heaven. We can perform miracles and still miss heaven. We can read the whole Bible and miss heaven. We can attend all church services, fellowship activities and camp meetings and miss heaven. We can have anointing and miss heaven. We can have all spiritual gifts and miss heaven. We can be rich, prosperous and wealthy and still miss heaven. We can still be poor like Lazarus in the Bible and miss heaven. We can give and sow seeds and still miss heaven. We can wield power and be influential and still miss heaven. We can have a powerful voice to sing and miss heaven. We can also have fame and popularity and miss heaven. But we cannot LIVE A HOLY LIFE and miss heaven

HOLINESS IS THE REAL DEAL! “Therefore;"Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord." (Hebrews 12:14, & Galatians 5:22)

D) DAY OF VENGEANCE IS COMING

REVELATION 18:21-24 “And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down and shall be found no more at all” Revelation 18:21

Many live as if they would not account for their actions and conduct. Driven by selfish interests, they act as if they no longer have a conscience. They defy constituted authority; they trample on the rights of other people; and most times, they get away with their actions. However, it will not always be so, as a day of reckoning will surely come. 

On judgment day, there will be no hiding place for anyone, irrespective of class and status, material well-being and popular acclaim. Once judgment is pronounced as in the case of Babylon, there would be no escape. The angel of God was commanded to execute judgment on Babylon, in spite of her greatness. In one hour, her greatness came to nothing with great burning that had never been seen before. She was thereafter cast into the sea to be found no more. In complete oblivion did Babylon disappear as God avenged the blood of the prophets, saints and those that were slain upon the earth!

Today, there are many people who violate the rights of the weak and vulnerable in the world. They persecute and kill Christians for their faith. They have pleasure in the destruction of lives and properties; causing pains and sorrows, displacing people and making them homeless. Others enjoy kidnapping for ransom, ritual killings and trading in human body parts. The day is coming when the Lord will avenge every iniquity and injustice.

God’s judgment will be different from that of men. No one can influence or bribe his way through it. A day when all wrongs will be justly punished is near. Therefore, if you are still living in sin, you must quickly turn away from your sinful practices and plead with God for pardon. Only then can you escape the judgment and avert God’s vengeance that will certainly come on sinners and backsliders.

 When God judges, there is no wine, singing, or celebration. There are no songs and cheer and no parties. The earth will mourn and groan in pain for the severity of God's wrath poured on it. Prophet Isaiah paints a picture of this in today's passage. The city is in ruins; the gates, typically closed to protect the city, are now battered. Nothing is left when the olive tree is beaten, and the city is made desolate. The voices of the bride and groom are stunningly silent. The nation's natural scenery is devastated. We see how God will empty the earth, implying that the earth is full. The hand of God will twist its surface and scatter its inhabitants. This is similar to what happened with Noah, the flood, and the ark.

God will judge everyone regardless of their status. Material wealth won't matter in the end. Our foundations might be wrong, needing a change. Global warming is already taking its toll, with effects including melting ice and rising sea levels. Africa's climate is overheating, and Europe is facing more intense heat waves. The earth is showing signs of distress, and we need to take action. It's time to view the world from a different perspective and address the issues at hand. We can already see the impact of human activities on the environment, and it's essential to make changes now.

It is time to pray to God to have mercy, backed up by a corresponding lifestyle of repentance and humility. We do not approach God to have Him dispense grace like a vending machine. He will heal our land if we repent genuinely and embrace His ways.

E) “BE VIGILANT.

The time in which we are living is a time of terrible spiritual conflicts. Although we have many Christian churches, there are also many satanic churches around. Although we have an outpouring of the Holy Spirit, there are also intensive demonic activities. Although we have abundant life, death is also hovering around. We have a prosperity boom, but a lot of poverty abounds too. There are many people who pretend to love the Lord but who actually hate Him. Therefore, all Christians should be very vigilant. Sometimes, what the world describes as a solution is just a rearrangement of problems.

A certain sister employed a nanny. Anytime the nanny was bathing the child, the child would be screaming. Even after the bath, he would continue crying for almost an hour. One day, the sister prayed and the Lord opened her eyes. She saw that the nanny was pouring spiritual pepper into the water that she was using to bathe the child. Then, she understood. Beloved, if you want to employ a house help, be vigilant! If you want to consume something and you do not know where it came from, be vigilant! If you want to go somewhere, be vigilant! If you want to marry be vigilant! If you want to ventures into business, be vigilant!

To be vigilant is to watch and pray as Jesus commanded His disciples in Matthew 26:41. As Christians, we ought to watch and pray in order not to fall into temptation. The enemy of our souls is not sleeping, so we also should not be sleeping. We need to watch where we go, what we eat, what we consume on social media, what we do with our time, and so on. We must be careful to follow the leading of the Spirit in order not to fall from grace.

Vigilance is very essential in these last days. The Bible says, “Be sober.” That is, be quiet, be calculative, have a sound mind, be humble, be attentive, be careful. The Bible does not stop there. It goes further to say, “Be vigilant.” Why? The Bible says, “Because the devil, your adversary, walketh about seeking whom he may devour” (1 Peter 5:8). God calls you to vigilance today. Vigilance begins with being sober. Remember that the enemy is watching for your careless or reckless moment. May you not fall into the enemy’ s trap, in Jesus name.

F) HELL IS REAL! BEWARE

Moving from the Earth to either heaven or hell are two inevitable options before everyone to make choice to go after the end of life on Earth. The final abode for everyone depends on who we follow and serve now in the world. It is written then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it. Ecclesiastes 12:7. This is the lot of the believers for choosing to please God on earth. But the final destination of the ungodly is a different place entirely. The Psalmist wrote the wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God. Psalm 9:17. But unfortunately people argue about the reality of hell today. Many other people believe that it exists but they are scared when the faithful people talk about it. Hence they do not want to hear you talk about it as a subject in the church or outside the church. Dear readers, there are road signs warnings and our local and world news are fraught with warnings against the use of hard drugs, child abuse, kidnapping, human trafficking, prostitutions and a host of others. They also positioned police in diverse strategic places to enforce obedience and total compliance. But unfortunately many preachers concentrate on what people like to hear for pecuniary advantage. Today most messages in the church are on love, peace, faith, prosperity, deliverance, healing and others different from hell and heaven. Ezekiel wrote “Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me. When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand. Ezekiel 3:17-18. 

This charge makes it mandatory to preach on hell as commanded for the spiritual and eternal  safety of the people. Dear readers and friends, hell is real, beware not to go there. 

On the basis of God’s love He warned Lot and his family and the generation of Noah against the approaching destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah and the generation Noah. “And it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that he said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed”. Genesis 19:17. 

Beloved, those things that many regard as pleasurable, interesting, self soothing and pleasing but they are against God’s commandments to cut Achan and Samson’s life short terminated Amnon’s life suddenly for defiling Tamar his paternal half sister. Beware their punishment for sin and hell is aloe real.

No one should be scared reading or hearing about what will make him escape eternal damnation. Friends, what is hell? Where is it located? Why is it created and for who? Hell is an afterlife location created by God for all the unrepentant souls while alive on earth until death. It is a place where they will be subjected to eternal suffering. Isaiah said “Therefore hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure: and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it”. Isaiah 5:14.

 The word “descend’ makes it crystal clear that hell is beneath not above. People of God and friends. Satan’s incarceration during Christ’s forthcoming reign of peace confirms hell’s location.   “And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up…….”. Revelation 20:1-3. 

Dear friends and readers, hell is real by the revelation of the word of God and it must be taught and made known to the people to avoid going there, do not disregard God’s message on the existence and location of hell. It is real as the firmament and the sun. The creation of hell had been before .Adam. Jesus made it clear that it was created for Satan and his angels. “Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels”. Matthew 25:41. 

Think about Christ’s word everlasting fire. Why should you go there because of lying, fear of man, gossiping, adultery, fornication, cheating, hatred and unforgiving spirit, pride masturbation, worldliness, disobedience, rebellion and others? Jesus said depart from me. That statement means eternal separation from God. I pray that it will not be your portion and mine in Jesus name. 

Always remember that Cain, Lot’s wife, Achan, Absalom, Ananias and his wife, Judas Iscariot and others had been in hell since they died in their sins. Those who find it difficult to fathom hell’s reality or those who are in doubt of the possibility of God of love to cast anyone into hell eternally should know that if God could go that far to allow Jesus to die for man’s redemption to escape hell, He will not spare anyone who refuses to accept His free gift of salvation. Friends, do not be deceived to damn your souls in hell. Run to Jesus now for your escape. He’s waiting for you 

You and everyone of us should consider diverse volcanic eruptions, tsunami and cyclones of incredible speed, diverse earthquakes and other natural disasters that the world had witnessed and fear God. Moses said “For the Lord thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God”. Deuteronomy 4:24. What many regard as a small sin took many to hell. Do the following daily for your spiritual safety and for entrance into eternal glory with the saints 

WHAT SHALL WE DO? Acts 2; 37-40, this is a call to action, a question seeking direction and guidance

1. Repent now and stop sinning by God’s grace 

2. Restitute all wrong statements for conscience’s freedom 

3. Restore all properties that are not yours to the rightful owners for your escape from hell 

4. Receive God’s word daily for strength against sin

5. Run away from tempting arenas to secure your soul

6. Rely upon Christ’s help because without Him we can do nothing 

7. Resist the devil’s subtle temptation and he will flee from you 

8. Repudiate the linking bridge to your past life to avoid from being trapped 

9. Read God’s Word for daily guidance and power 

10. Remain with Christ and His holy people till Jesus comes back to take the saints to glory.

May no one of us reject Christ’s call to be saved from the eternal perdition in Jesus mighty name

H). AVOID THE CORRUPTING INFLUENCE OF MAMMON (LOVE OF MONEY)

Reference to  1 Timothy 6:1-19, 2 Timothy 3:2 summarizes the painful reality of the moments, The love of money have virtually destroys every things in our society. Ideally, God suppose to be the Kings over our life but, unfortunately, money is now reining in every where, even in all the religion houses. The love of money is the roots of all evils in our society. Our love for God has been hijacked and diverted to the love of money. Brothers and neighbours valued or cherished money more than the live of their own brothers or neighbours. 

Recently, aside of teenagers killing their parents and relatives for money rituals, There was a story of a young boy in secondary school that created a faked obituary poster of his mother and posted it in his secondary school alumni whatsApp group so they could contribute money for him .Problem started when someone who knows the parents raised alarm. Dear readers, we need to watch these generations of children. Because of money, they are now wishing their parents dead or brutal killing. 

There is another story a young boy adopted by a kindhearted man close to my  area of resident, This young man was loved by the entire members of the family. Even the biological children of the man do asked him to  get some things from their father because he was evidently the beloved of the family and Man. This man was retired as a civil servant, and his entitlements were paid. Out of his magnanimity, He bought some properties for the boy, and kept the last balance of three (3) millions in the bank accounts, unfortunately this Baba was kidnapped and after much pleading for them to spears his life, confessing that he has 

 3 million naira in his Bank’s account and he is willing to give them. With God’s intervention, when the Kidnappers saw the sincerity of this kindhearted Baba, They open-up and confessed that the adopted son was the one  that gave them information about the innocent and loving Baba .indeed ! The world is full of evils, just because of the love of money, fames and quest for power for a few period of time. This last for either four or eight year’s term, they will be removed and may not be relevant to the reigning teams. This is a foolishness of man in display.

Nevertheless, how do avoid the influence of destructive and seductive moister?

a. There were few saints in both the Old Testament and the New Testament that were able to successfully manage wealth and true faith or godliness. They included Abraham and the patriarchs, Joseph of Arimathea, and Philemon. However, Solomon, by his life, showed how difficult it is for man to combine true piety and earthly riches. 

b. While earthly wealth is itself not evil, it has the tendency to corrupt those who have it and also make them feel they could do without God. As power corrupts so riches corrupt, too. The ungodly rich people are never satisfied with their wealth. Rather than sharing with the needy, they tend to exploit and take advantage against the poor and the needy in order to multiply their wealth. "Behold the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth"*.James 5:1-9. Delaying to pay people their dues when it is in your power to do it quickly as of when due is fraudulent. Paying what is not commensurate with their worth or labour is also a type of fraud and exploitation, which is one of the bad characteristics of ungodly rich people. How do the ungodly use their wealth? They accumulate it and use it to live a life of selfish pleasure and luxury. Unfortunately, the so-called preachers and righteous people are deceived by this tendency of earthly riches. "Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in the day of slaughter".v5. Oppression of the poor and the powerless is another trait of earthly wealth that is void of the fear of God. "Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you". v6.

Friends, reference to above scripture and for better understanding of the sensitive matter, let me ask some questions

Are you free from the corrupting influence of earthly riches? How should a heaven bound Christian manage earthly wealth and still please God? Do you have the godly attitude towards money?

Below are the suggested answers that could be of help as on pilgrimages of heaven

a. Don't strive or have the ambition of being wealthy by all means, and even if you desire prosperity, be patient with God. "Be patient therefore, brethren unto the coming of the Lord". v7. Patience should have no end. It should continue until Jesus comes.

b. Don't be bitter when you are denied your rights or assistance by people who have the ability. "Grudge not one against another brethren, lest ye be condemned".v9.

c. If you are rich, do not set your mind on it. You are given wealth not for accumulation but to share with the needy and those sent to you by God. "Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not high-minded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy", 1 Timothy 6:17. Be a cheerful giver and remain focused on heaven and invest in heavenly treasures.

d Avoid gain through fraud e.g. cybercrime(Yahoo ,Yahoo) e.t.c

Reference  to our texts in James 5:1-11,

[1] Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you. 

[2] Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten.

 [3] Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.

 [4] Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth. 

[5] Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter. 

[6] Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you. 

[7] Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain. 

[8] Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.

 [9] Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door.

 [10] Take, my brethren, the prophets, who have spoken in the name of the Lord, for an example of suffering affliction, and of patience.

 [11] Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy.

 “Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth.” - (James 5:4)

One of the fastest ways to get rich is what is now called "Yahoo plus" in parts of Africa and elsewhere. Some youths, who want to get rich quick, get involved in fraudulent activities. They go to the extent of making money rituals. Their adult counterparts go into politics, not to better the lives of the ordinary citizens, but to get rich quick through corrupt practices. They end up hurting themselves more by hurting others.

Many rich people make their wealth through fraud and oppression. They refuse to pay their employees the income legitimately earned. They use their connections to condemn and kill the just and allow criminals and murderers to escape. The oppressed are urged to endure persecution and not resort to self-help in their search for justice. They are told to consider the patience of Job and see how he was comforted at last. They are enjoined to wait for the soon return of Christ, who shall put an end to all sorrows, suffering and oppression.

The problem of corruption is very serious because it accounts for the poverty and underdevelopment of many nations. The rich become richer while the poor become poorer. The corrupt people who are at the centre of this are well connected. They can escape or delay justice by bribing judges who then grant them immunity from prosecution.

However, no matter how long, the long arm of divine justice will eventually catch up with those who short-circuit themselves to wealth and success by way of fraud. Even if justice does not eventually come here on earth, payday will come at the coming judgment executed by the great Judge Himself. Judgment may be delayed, but it will never be avoided. I pray that heaven at last will be our testimony in Jesus Name 

I) AVOID WRONG ASSUMPTION AND DO NOT BE OFFENDED

In Mathew 24:10-12 says “And many shall be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. And many false prophets shall arise, and shall deceive many, And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold”

The above texts are revelation of the events and characters of the end time

Assumption kills like poison. Any small thing, we assume, thinking others are doing what we did not even care to validate by any eye witness.

Someone does not pick our calls, you assume he or she is avoiding you or the fellow is up to something.

Someone does not give you the money you asked for, you assume he or she is stingy and wicked.

Someone does not call, hangout or visit you as he/she usually does. You assume they are no longer caring or intimate again, then comes the anger and repulsive attitude towards them.

 We never care to know and understand that issues of life can set in to choke them. Also that, the issues of life is diverse in nature, not the same.Once we are turned down or rejected, we start assuming. Never forget that the Power of verification of issues is more important and significant for more connection with healthy people to get to the top. We do not put into consideration what the other party might be going through or experiencing. Let us always have it at the back of our minds that, other people might not be in a pleasant mood like you do.The guy who promised you money might get into a financial situation a day before he's supposed to give you the money. 

✓The person who did not pick your call was probably in a meeting or busy at that moment, or even sleeping. He might not be in the mood to take your call.

✓We just assume instead because it’s easier and it tends to make us the good guys.

✓Give someone benefits of doubt, make an excuse for that person. It's not always as it seems on your mind and in your head.                     

Maintain relationships with people. What you RESPECT will COME towards you and what you do not RESPECT will RUN away from you.

✓It is childish and immature to pick offence at every provocation or perceived wrong and then start keeping grudges as a result. Please, learn to grow above it.

✓Someone did not invite you for their wedding, you picked offence with them.

✓Someone did not wish you happy birthday, you picked offence with the person

✓They did not like your Facebook post, you picked offence. 

✓They did not support you in a disagreement you had with someone, you picked offence with them.

✓They are junior and they have the audacity to talk or oppose your opinion. You picked offence with them. 

✓They said No to your request, you picked offence and malice starts.

✓You asked them for money, they said they did not have it, you picked offence with them.

✓You are even keeping a record of people who brought gifts to your wedding, those who blessed you because you helped them, you have the list of those who gave you gifts or money, so you can know who to pick offence with. 

Everyone has their battles you are not aware of. 

Those who you need help from are also looking for help.

Not everything is personal or intentional, not everyone hates you. Sometimes people are just caught up with their own lives, struggles, human weaknesses and limitations.

Learn how to manage being disappointed by people and still be on talking terms with them. It will save you a lot of UNNECESSARY grudges and save you some FRIENDSHIPS you may need in future. 

Grow above offences, grow ignoring offences and grow beyond petty issues. You are too big to be keeping malice and grudges against people just because they did not dance to your tune. Have you ever asked yourself this honest question; must they live their lives by your own standards alone? Therefore; "Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord." (Hebrews 12:14, & Galatians 5:22)

G) DO NOT LOVE THE WORLDLY SYSTEMS

Beloved, it is all vanity like King Solomon said If all you are empowered with is not used for the right reasons. (Kingdom Expansions)

Brothers and sisters, there are  more and more questions that cannot be answered by the end product of flesh whose new residential address is the grave.

“The Bible says;"Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you.

For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from the Father, but are from this world.

And this world is fading away, along with everything that people crave for. We are here temporarily. We are in a journey to eternity. Are you on the right track/path? Change your track/path now if 'no' is your answer. Are you pleasing God through your lifestyle? Live a holy and righteous life while there is still time to amend your ways. Procrastination may result if regrets forever.But anyone who does what pleases God will live forever." 1 John 2:15-17

Repent now and save your soul from destruction. Spend time with your loved ones, show kindness to the people around you; make an impact and look towards making someone smile....let them carry the memory of you and thank God for your life. Do not be so much engrossed with the things of this world that you forget those who love you... because one day we will leave all these things behind.

For the sake of clarity, What are the world systems ?

a. The world, with all its evil, is a system that is governed by religion, government, and commerce and is totally opposed by God. As innocent and beautiful as it may be portrayed, it is under the influence of Satan. "If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you", John 15:19.

Even though believers are chosen out of the worldly system, the world can pollute the carnal and the careless saints and bring them under its rule.

b. It is characterized by luxurious living. "And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her..." is indicative of its influence. How many preachers and saints have been conquered by this luxurious lifestyle of the world?  "She that lives in pleasure is dead while she lives", 1 Timothy 5:6.

c. Pride and self- indulgence are the hall- marks of the system of this world. "How much she has glorified herself and lived deliciously". Pride will not allow its captives to submit to the whole word of God and His ways. This pride affects the comportment, the passion, and affection of its victims. The compelling allurement, compromise, and corruption of this worldly system can no man be able to resist except "he that is born of God overcomes the world". 1Jn.5:4. Do you have the power that overcomes the world and is free from all its influences?

K) LIVE SELFLESSLY BY IMPACTING LIFE

In Mathew 25:34-40 reveals the good picture of a person who lives selfless life through hospitality and cares. But in the present days world systems will are confronted with some many pictures of people in our society who are selfish, they  are  takers and not givers. God did not create us to be a reservoir that only collects; He created us to be a river that is constantly flowing. John 7:37-39. When we live selfishly, always receiving, always taking but never giving, we become stagnant and polluted. Putting it bluntly, our lives will start to stink, we will go around with a sour attitude, and there will be no fun to be around, always irritated and hard to get along with others. And it is all because nothing is flowing out of us, yes, God wants to pour good things into your life, but if you want to live your best life, you must learn to allow those good things to FLOW through you to others. As you do, your supply will be replenished and your life will maintain its freshness.

Stop hoarding what God has given you and start sharing it with others. Share your time, your energy, your friendships, your love, and your resources. If God had given you Joy, share it with somebody else, make someone else happy, cheer up another person, be a friend to somebody. If God has given you talent and the ability to make money, do not simply accumulate more for yourself, share those resources with others, do not allow yourself to become stagnant, you must keep your river flowing, that's the way to truly prosper in life and be happy.

Beloved, All the pomp, pleasure, prosperity, and position acquired through pollution of world systems will suddenly be empty, and sorrow will take over and open up to eternal sorrow. The degree of investments and trust in the worldly system will determine the degree of sorrow and wailing when the whole Babylon is destroyed. "Set your affection on things above, not on the earth" remains the right counsel for the wise.

Now finally let me ask some questions one more time, where are your greatest investments?  Where are you investing? Your soul or your body?  Aye you building life or destroying life?  Are you a pillar or caterpillar?  Are you putting smile on people’s faces or you are  making people to cry or weep. Please ponder over these and positively considers the coming judgment.

Prayer Points of the pilgrims

1. Praise God for the power to overcome the world through salvation

2. Ask God to search your heart, expose and purge you of all that worldliness in your heart

3. Ask God to visit your life with His word so that you will be able to say, like Jesus, "The prince of this world comes but finds nothing in me."

4. Pray that the worldliness in the church will be judged and destroyed

5. Father, remove every wine and wisdom of Babylon that may be in me 

6. Father, give me the mind of Christ to love what you love and to hate what you hate 

7. Help me to be careful to invest my all in heaven so as never to perish with Babylon.

8. Father, close the door of your church to religious and commercial Babylonian spirits 

9 Father, please help me to remain close to you forever so that I can arrive at Your ordained destination for my life, in Jesus name. 

10 Lord, help me not to miss the last flight, which is the rapture.
